This researcher will distill complex problems into insights that inform product, design, development, and business decisions; eagerly seek out and triangulate data from diverse sources, leverage new approaches to get at the heart of the issue, and have expertise with the “tried and true” research methods. They will run a combination of both strategic and tactical research in order to learn about and advocate for our users, including Salesforce admins, developers, architects, IT decision makers, and end users. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in enterprise-grade platforms that enable API management, systems integration, data connectivity, and application orchestration across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Candidates should also have some experience and understanding of Generative AI and related technologies.
