Learning & Development Manager - RemoteWe're looking for a Learning & Development Manager who brings the same intentionality to developing people that we bring to crafting fine jewelry. In this role, you'll lead the design, delivery, and evolution of learning programs that shape how our jewelry consultants, showroom leaders, and customer service teams show up for customers every day. You'll be the connection between our brand values and the behaviors that bring them to life, building a team culture where growth, excellence, and joyful customer experiences are the norm.  This is a role for someone who leads with curiosity, coaches with intention, and builds programs with purpose. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, HR, and Senior Leadership and Service Teams to ensure our learning strategy drives measurable results and reflects the Brilliant Earth brand in every module, facilitator guide, and coaching conversation.  This role is remote, with travel expected up to 40% for showroom visits, new location openings, and regional training support.   What You'll Do  Learning Strategy & Program Design  Develop and continuously refine a scalable learning strategy that supports Brilliant Earth's retail growth, onboarding excellence, and long-term talent development through continuous education programs. Design blended learning programs, including eLearning, ILT, VILT, job aids, and on-floor coaching frameworks, that meet our teams where they are and elevate their performance. Build and manage certification programs (e.g., 6-, 9-, and 12-month milestones) that celebrate growth and reinforce mastery across the learner’s journey. Conduct ongoing needs assessments using performance data, NPS feedback, and field observations to identify gaps and develop targeted solutions. Design and deliver inclusive, accessible learning experiences that reflect the diverse backgrounds, learning styles, and experiences of all employees, ensuring training content and facilitation methods are engaging across a broad workforce. Champion AI-enhanced training tools and emerging technologies,  including AI-driven script evaluation, content generation, and personalized learning pathways, to keep our learning ecosystem innovative, efficient, and ahead of the curve.  Facilitation, Coaching & Field Enablement  Serve as the dedicated Regional Manager Training Partner for a designated market. Work side-by-side with showroom leaders to drive performance, support in-the-moment coaching, and ensure training is translating directly to results on the floor. Facilitate high-impact training sessions and workshops for multi-unit leaders, tenured consultants, and showroom leaders, bringing the Brilliant Earth brand to life in every room you lead. Build and execute train-the-trainer programs that extend learning reach and build internal coaching capability across regional managers and senior consultants. Partner with showroom leaders to deliver shoulder-to-shoulder coaching that supports in-the-moment skill development, selling behavior, and guest experience elevation. Lead the learning and development "run of show" for new showroom openings, ensuring every team is ready to delight customers from day one. Develop and maintain facilitator guides, onboarding schedules, and coaching frameworks that are clear, brand-aligned, and operationally practical.  Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement  Use data to drive decisions: analyze conversion rates, bookings, NPS scores, and training completion rates to measure program impact and identify opportunities. Translate customer sentiment and field feedback into actionable learning improvements that keep our programs relevant and results focused. Build accountability frameworks and performance tracking tools in partnership with leaders to support consistent coaching and development conversations. Author clear, executive-ready reporting that communicates training outcomes, program health, and team progress across key business metrics.  Cross-Functional Partnership & Brand Stewardship  Partner closely with key cross-functional departments to ensure learning initiatives are integrated with business priorities and new product launches. Serve as a brand steward, ensuring every piece of content, every training interaction, and every coaching conversation reflects Brilliant Earth's voice: warm, intentional, and detail-obsessed. Manage LMS operations including content uploads, user management, and training completion tracking to maintain a seamless learner experience. Collaborate with subject matter experts across the business to translate product knowledge, ethical sourcing, and brand storytelling into engaging educational content. Maintain a pulse on industry trends in luxury retail, L&D innovation, and instructional design to keep Brilliant Earth's learning culture ahead of the curve.  Team Leadership  Lead a small team of Trainers and Lead Trainers responsible for delivering onboarding programs, continuing education initiatives, field training support, and content design Develop, coach, and inspire your team to operate at a high level: setting clear expectations, building their skills, and ensuring consistent, brand-aligned program delivery across all touchpoints. Plan team travel for field / showroom support.   What You Bring  5–7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or a related field, ideally within retail, luxury, jewelry, or a high-growth consumer brand. A proven track record designing and delivering blended learning programs that produce measurable behavior change and business outcomes. Strong instructional design skills with proficiency in content authoring tools (e.g., Canva, Articulate, Adobe CC) and LMS platforms. A coaching mindset: you give feedback with care, develop others with intention, and know how to unlock potential in diverse, high-performing teams. Analytical acumen: the ability to read sales data, interpret NPS trends, and connect learning investments to business results. Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with all levels of the organization.  A builder's spirit: you thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and take pride in creating structure where there's ambiguity. Hands-on experience with AI tools (i.e. content creation, learner personalization, script evaluation, or performance analysis),and a genuine excitement for pushing what’s possible in L&D through AI innovation. Attention to Details: You approach content design and people development with the same precision and care we put into our jewelry.  Alignment with Brilliant Earth’s mission of conscious business, inclusive luxury, and intentional experiences. Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Psychology, HR Management, Communications, or a related field preferred  How to Apply & What to Expect:Everyone at Brilliant Earth has a voice – we want to hear yours!
