We are seeking a passionate candidate with expertise in engaging and supporting users to achieve their health goals, who is interested in taking on an impactful role at a young and quickly growing startup in the healthcare industry.In this role, you will be providing musculoskeletal care (MSK) for employees at a large national employer that are dealing with MSK pain. You will be responsible for helping drive enrollment into the Limber Health MSK program as well as providing 1:1 coaching to employees throughout their recovery. This will be a hybrid position, with some days/evenings in-clinic within the Calhoun, GA region and some days/times working remotely from home. Responsibilities • The ideal candidate is process-focused and eager to make an impact on lives to support musculoskeletal health. • You will provide in-clinic evaluations and treatments to employees suffering from MSK pain • You will be expected to utilize your training and skills to aid patients in the goal of healing, recovering, improving pain level/tolerance, and maximizing functional independence • This includes, but is not limited to, initial evaluation, daily notes, reassessments/progress reports, discharge plans and communication with members of the team • Provide outreach to members experiencing MSK pain and assist with enrollment into the Limber Health MSK program. • Assist with onboarding onto the Limber Health app, providing comprehensive support throughout the onboarding process. • You will provide remote monitoring and coaching services to help support members as they progress through their home-exercise therapy program • Provide feedback, motivation, engagement, and support services to members to ensure they complete their home exercise protocol • Schedule weekly check-in calls with all members enrolled in the program • Organize and manage a caseload while staying efficient • This role will be required to work evenings and weekends Requirements • As a PT, you are naturally empathetic, friendly, and love what you do. • Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program • Active GA Physical Therapy license • Tech Savvy, including having fast and reliable internet, your own newer model laptop and smart phone • Experience in behavioral modification, Health Coach Certification is a plus • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and an ability to collect and present meaningful data to drive decisions • Strong relationship-building and listening skills • Demonstrated user focus; a genuine passion for the user and their experience • Ability to multi-task and manage various types of users • Ability to work independently with limited supervision • The flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment • The ability to influence change and bring enthusiasm and excitement to the workplace • Independent and proactive work style; quick, flexible thinking; and an open, inquisitive approach • Eager to make an impact at a young company addressing an important problem • Passion for health and wellness • This is a full time salary role that will be eligible for a bonus with certain metrics achieved We are interested in all qualified candidates, but are unable to sponsor work visas at this time.
