Long form video editor to help with interview with family member

A video interview with my grandfather who has since passed. The interview is about 60 minutes long where he tells his story of growing up in France and escaping the Holocaust. This video was for a project I did many years ago and I had no experience or tools to properly conduct the interview.

In the original interview the audio was very hard to hear so we used some AI tools to help. I have also gone through and mostly transcribed the whole video myself. I can provide those through whatever file format you need. I also have the project in Adobe Premier Pro. Essentially, I am not a video editor and am not great with this software. I would love some help and if someone could just edit the transcriptions, timings, closed captions, etc. so it is more of a professional edit than what I am trying to do on my own. Hopefully my work thus far in the audio editing and transcribing saves you time and cost.

I have no timeline or any idea how long this takes to complete so I would say within a month or two. The deliverables would be the edited video file with clearer audio and closed captions, the transcription file, and the video file within the editing software in case additional edits are needed. You are only working with me so no team. Skills required include good communication with me, fluency in English, a little knowledge in French, and obviously video editing skills.
