Machine Operator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating and setting up metal forming equipment, including press brake machines, to produce quality parts according to specifications.

The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate manufacturing equipment, including press brake machinery
  • Read and interpret work orders and blueprints
  • Load raw materials into machines and monitor production cycles
  • Adjust machine settings to ensure proper dimensions and tolerances
  • Inspect finished parts using measuring tools
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Meet daily production goals

Qualifications

  • Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience with metal fabrication or press brake equipment is a plus
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Dependable attendance
