This role provides engineering ownership of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies for automated production systems, ensuring safe, stable, and cost-effective operation. This includes robots, PLC-controlled machines, conveyors, vision systems, and material handling equipment.</li><li>Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures, downtime events, and chronic equipment issues.</li><li>Develop and implement corrective actions to eliminate repeat failures and improve mean time between failures (MTBF).</li><li>Design, optimize, and sustain preventive and predictive maintenance programs aligned with equipment criticality.</li><li>Analyze maintenance data and downtime trends to refine maintenance intervals and task effectiveness.</li><li>Use maintenance techniques based on conditions when appropriate. This includes methods such as vibration, thermal, and runtime-based techniques.</li><li>Create and update maintenance procedures. Write troubleshooting guides. Keep equipment documentation current.</li><li>Standardize maintenance practices across similar equipment and production lines.</li><li>Support spare parts strategy, critical spares identification, and inventory optimization.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration<br><br><br></strong><ul><li>Partner with Controls Engineers on PLC diagnostics, automation troubleshooting, and system upgrades.</li><li>Assist Maintenance Technicians.
