Our robust global portfolio includes Art + Commerce, IMG Models, and The Wall Group.<br><br></em><strong>The Role And What You’ll Do<br><br></strong>The Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the business leaders of IMG Models. Demonstrating independent judgment, as well as the ability to interface with senior-level business leaders and their teams, the Assistant can anticipate problems and proactively identify solutions. The Assistant will also have the ability to effectively navigate shifting needs and demands of the business.<br><br><ul><li>Daily screen incoming calls and emails in a timely professional manner and route accordingly. </li><li>Research industry related items for presentations and proposals. </li><li>Update portfolio log and models booking chart. </li><li>Weekly updates of client calendars. </li><li>Manage email activity, scheduling calendar appointments, and coordinating meetings. </li><li>Coordinate and oversee manager’s travel schedule. </li><li>Assist with execution of projects or specific stages of projects as assigned. Track progress and results when necessary. </li><li>Prepare and submit travel and entertainment expense reports in a timely manner to avoid late fees. </li><li>Additional ad-hoc projects as assigned.  <br><br></li></ul><strong>You Have These<br><br></strong><ul><li>1-3 years’ experience assisting a senior level executive. </li><li>High proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). </li><li>Ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines with accuracy. </li><li>Detail-oriented and proactive. </li><li>Exceptional interpersonal skills. </li><li>Professional demeanor and positive attitude. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. <br><br></li></ul>How We Work: <br><br>WME Group is at the center of sports, media, entertainment, and fashion and is a largely relationship-based business.
