<p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>Influential, is looking for an experienced <strong>Manager, Client Management</strong>. As the primary point of contact for campaign execution, the Manager, Client Management is responsible for representing client needs and goals to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction throughout the campaign. This position will be dedicated to a major pharmaceutical client.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Driving the overall success of campaigns ranging in budget and complexity for a major pharmaceutical client by collaborating closely with operations teams</li><li>Partnering with sales to understand client objectives, strategies, and goals; providing guidance on best practices based on platform and vertical and anticipating client needs</li><li>Navigating challenges within the execution process with ease; proving thoughtful solutions for roadblocks encountered on any given project</li><li>Building new materials for the use of the account management department and beyond; improving processes for more seamless execution of campaigns</li><li>Preparing reports and analyzing ad performance relative to campaign objectives; providing optimization recommendations</li><li>Staying on top of the workflow and completion of tasks in our project management platform</li><li>Organizing timelines, creative concepts and paid media strategies for campaigns ranging anywhere from a one day to a one year flight</li><li>Maintaining in-depth knowledge of ad products and relevant specs, guidelines, and business rules; manage asset delivery timelines</li><li>Educating sales and clients on Influential’s core offerings, current industry trends and technologies</li><li>Developing and fostering strong relationships with clients</li><li>Managing the monthly billing reconciliation process with finance</li><li>Mentoring junior team members and sharing learnings across the Account Management discipline</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Strong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify and prioritize critical issues</li><li>Previous experience working with pharma clients</li><li>Ability to see the campaign execution process on a micro and macro level</li><li>5 - 7+ years of experience working in a digital or advertising environment required</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and priorities with discretion</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact professionally with external and internal clients</li><li>Comfortable working in a startup environment, creating organization and processes where none may already exist</li><li>Knowledgeable of all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube)</li><li>Up to date on the latest trends and innovations in the social realm</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li><li>Passion for social media</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Bonus points if:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience at an agency, marketing-tech or media start-up</li><li>Background in influencer marketing</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Additional information</strong></p><p>Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
