Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Perioperative Services department. Ensure efficient and effective delivery of high-quality healthcare services to patients. Develop and implement strategic plans and goals for the department in alignment with the organization's mission and values. Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives. Monitor and analyze departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements. Manage budget and resources effectively, ensuring financial sustainability. Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of department staff.
