Job Description:<br><br>Summary:<br><br>The Manager, Virtual Monitoring leads and oversees the Virtual Patient Safety Companion program across Ballad Health, ensuring consistent execution of standard work, workflows, and patient safety protocols. This role leads, mentors, and manages a team of virtual patient safety companions, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This position is responsible for all daily operations, including payroll management, scheduling, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and procedures. This leader develops and implements innovative strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the virtual monitoring program, leveraging technology to optimize virtual care delivery. The Virtual Monitoring Manager maintains and analyzes comprehensive reports for departmental and executive leadership, providing actionable insights to drive program performance and patient safety outcomes. This position maintains relationships with all stakeholder hospital facilities, developing and providing training to frontline staff as well as addressing concerns promptly and escalating when necessary. <br><br>Requirements:<br><br>Bachelor's degree required.
