<strong>Description<br><br></strong>Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.<br><br>Amazon Leo is looking for experienced, self-starter Sales and account Professional to drive adoption of Amazon Leo maritime and additional services with Maritime Offshore partners resellers and end users. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the definition and execution of the Amazon Leo Sales pipeline with EMEA HQ partners. Amazon Leo Maritime solutions support transport, shipping and offshore energy companies and many more use cases where satellite end points are connected on moving customer end points.<br><br>This position may require access to information, technology, or hardware that is subject to export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Employment in this position is contingent upon obtaining any required export licenses or other approvals from the United States government. As such, the successful candidate must be eligible to obtain any necessary export licenses or approvals based on their nationality, citizenship, and any other factors considered by the applicable export control regulations.<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Deliver a pipeline of enagments both Direct and Indirect with a focus on Offshore Energy. Own backlog targets and revenue line in the region.</li><li> Be customer obsessed. Think on behalf of the customer and work to meet the customer’s stated and unstated needs and aspirations</li><li> Execute strategic and tactical business development initiatives while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g., partner program, product and engineering teams, legal, finance) and BD/sales team colleagues.</li><li> Be the internal coordinator and Owner delivering complex contract negotiations and complex business requirements and activities which deliver results.</li><li> Adept at thinking strategically and analytically about business priorities, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to deliver target based results working cross-organizationally.</li><li> Excellent written and verbal communications including a passion for writing detailed documents and a preference for a second fluent spoken language.</li><li> Consistently tracks an exceeds key performance metrics and delivers results.</li><li> Experience driving consensus across multiple internal and external stakeholders.</li><li> Must be able to articulate business value & technical approach.<br><br></li></ul>A day in the life<br><br>At Amazon Leo, you will conducting resarch on offshore market and customer trends. You will idenfity data sources, attend conference and collate customer requirements. You will author document to share insights with the Product and Solutions Architect teams. You will manage incoming leads and generate business engagements. You will set-up and organise First call meeting with proocpective clients (both Direct and Indirect channels). You will own client requests and deliver outcomes. You will learn how to work with the 'Scale' amazon processes and employ them to deliver results. You are confident with AI tools, very precice with CRM and data management.
