This role sits within one of their flagship, market-leading bar and entertainment brands a high-energy, high-volume concept that continues to outperform the market, smash festive trading and expand into major UK cities following a recent multi-million-pound launch. Growth isn’t slowing down.

The role:

You’ll own the delivery of standout campaigns, drive PR and partnerships, and ensure every touchpoint is sharp, on-brand and commercially effective.

You’ll work closely with senior brand leadership and an in-house creative team in a fast-paced, sleeves-rolled-up environment where ideas turn into action quickly.

This is a hands-on role with real visibility, real progression and real impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the annual brand, campaign & PR plan, keeping everything on-brand and commercially sharp.
  • Plan and run integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR and in-venue channels.
  • Drive PR and partnerships, managing agencies, media and influencers to boost coverage and footfall.
  • Oversee all printed and in-venue materials, from menus to signage, with ops, F&B and creative teams.
  • Manage social, support local marketing, and track campaign performance to maximise impact.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–5 years in marketing, brand or PR, ideally in hospitality, food & drink or lifestyle.
  • Hands-on experience delivering integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
  • Strong PR, media outreach and partnership activation track record.
  • Social media savvy with content planning and printed material management experience.
  • Highly organised, commercially minded, proactive, and confident working across teams.
