Job Summary: The Client is on a mission to simplify and democratize data and AI, enabling organizations to solve the world's toughest problems. They will report to the Principal Content Marketing Manager to support the operations of all social media and content marketing workflows. In this role, you will collaborate across marketing and beyond to project manage blog and social media requests, support launches and announcements, and ensure operational efficiency within the Brand Content team.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline and scale existing workflows for daily social media and blog content requests, as well as larger projects and announcements.
  • Manage blog and content marketing editorial calendars by ensuring all fields are up to date and working with Web and Creative teams to get content published.
  • End-to-end management of marketing tasks and projects, which includes communicating deadlines and milestones to stakeholders and ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Develop project plans, such as task planning, timelines and bill of materials, to support social media announcements and campaigns.
  • Ensure social posts published on our client social channels are edited and uploaded into the client's Employee Social Media Advocacy platform.

Key Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in project management within marketing teams with demonstrated ability to be very detail-oriented and collaborative.
  • Strong communication skills within a fast-paced environment to ensure all SLAs are met and projects are seamlessly completed.
  • Great collaborator with a willingness to jump into new projects and offer solutions.
  • Experience working with project management tools, such as Asana, Jira and Google Sheets.
  • BONUS: Previous social media experience or experience with design tools such as Canva.
