Role: Medical Receptionist

Location: Part Ground Floor, Interchange Building, 81-85 Station Road, Croydon, CR0 2RD

This role will be based within our Croydon Hospital cluster, which involves working across multiple sites across the region.

Hours: Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, working 4 days out of 6, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Salary: £28,314 per year

Responsibilities:

  • We need somebody to ensure that all visitors and telephone callers to the practice are greeted professionally
  • You will register new patients, scan documents onto our medical system, send letters to patients as necessary & photocopy notes and other information
  • You will make appointments for our patient applying your understanding of patient confidentiality & attention to detail
  • Managing reception responsibilities for each clinic
  • Effective with all administration tasks
  • Providing excellent customer care to all our patients
