SUMMARY Product Specialist: Delivers new and used vehicles while achieving and maintaining appropriate levels of customer satisfaction. ESSENTIAL DUTIESEssential Duties include, but are not limited to the following:The Product Specialist advises customers on features, benefits, functionality, and information.Ensures that each customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.Stays informed of current vehicle inventory and location.Contact customers through CRM to schedule encore deliveriesTracks changing vehicle market conditions and incentives.Attends sales meetings and special events as scheduled.Is familiar with departmental sales objectives.Records all lot traffic name, email, and phone number.Performing on-site and remote, when applicable, New and Certified Pre-Owned Deliveries and second delivery/demonstration (encore)Performing a personalized welcome email and phone call within three days of New or CPO vehicle purchase to each customer, with a goal of scheduling an encore deliveryEscalating customer inquiries and pending items to appropriate Sales and Management staffMaintaining daily, weekly, and monthly goals corresponding to the objectives of the dealershipKeeping current with Mercedes-Benz and factory advertising campaignsGreeting and assisting customers on the showroom floor if necessaryWork directly with management team to understand the needs of contribution to the showroom and adapt to meet those needs.Required to perform other duties as requested, directed, and assigned QUALIFICATIONSCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Customer Focus: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various virtual communication tools and platforms.Must have valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record and 5 years of driving experience.COMPENSATIONThis position would be compensated at minimum wage plus $50 per completed delivery handled by the Product Specialist.
