If you enjoy hands-on, outdoor work and take pride in operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently, this could be the perfect opportunity.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong><br />You’ll play a key part in the day-to-day running of site operations, ensuring materials are moved safely and efficiently while maintaining high Health & Safety standards.</p> <p><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Operating Dozers and Excavators (essential)</strong></li> <li>Managing stockpiles and material movement</li> <li>Supporting site production targets</li> <li>Carrying out daily machine checks and reporting defects</li> <li>Maintaining site cleanliness and safety standards</li> <li>Supporting the wider site team when required</li> </ul> <p>Depending on site requirements, you may also operate:</p> <ul> <li>Dumpers</li> <li>Rollers</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong><br /><strong>Essential:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience operating Dozers and Excavators</li> <li>Relevant plant tickets/certifications</li> <li>Strong Health & Safety awareness</li> <li>Reliable, professional work ethic</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li> </ul> <p><strong>Ideally:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Dumper and/or Roller experience</li> <li>Experience within quarry, waste, recycling or similar environments</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Join Booths?</strong></p> <ul> <li>£15–£18 per hour depending on experience</li> <li>47.5 hours per week – full-time, permanent</li> <li>Modern equipment and continued investment</li> <li>Stable, growing business</li> </ul> <p><strong>Plus – £250 Refer a Friend Scheme available on ALL vacancies.</strong><br /> Know someone who’d be a great fit?
