National Channel Sales Manager

Job Description National Channel Sales Manager P4 Summary/objective The National Channel Sales Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing relationships with isolved's national partners to drive sales and revenue growth. This role works closely with internal sales and channel teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals, provide training and enablement, and communicate the vision for national partnerships. Additionally, the position focuses on fostering accountability and ensuring national partner expectations are met while contributing to the evolution of isolved's channel sales strategies. Core Job Duties • Develop and implement national channel partner strategies to increase sales and revenue. • Manage relationships with national channel partners to ensure optimal performance, satisfaction, and alignment with business goals. • Collaborate with internal sales and channel teams to communicate and cascade the vision and strategy for national partnerships. • Deliver and support the creation of effective territory channel execution plans in collaboration with field sales leadership, ensuring alignment with national partnership objectives. • Provide national partnership sales training and enablement to internal sales and channel teams. • Conduct regular performance reviews with key stakeholders at assigned national partnerships to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. • Analyze market and competitor data to inform national channel partner strategies. • Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with national channel partners. • Identify and onboard new national channel partners to expand market reach and drive revenue growth. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all national channel partner activities. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience in sales or account management, with a focus on channel sales. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans. • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong business relationships. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team. • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. Physical Demands Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds. Travel Required Yes, up to 25% domestic travel may be required.
