Amazon Fashion is looking for a New Account Manager to join its Third-Party Marketplace support team in the UK.Your role will be centered on driving new business acquisition through a multi-faceted approach. You will be responsible for generating a pipeline of promising new seller leads through prospecting, outreach, and other lead generation strategies. You will play a critical role in supporting the successful launch of new sellers, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they are able to efficiently make their diverse product offerings available to millions of Amazon customers. You will also serve as an Account Manager, building strong relationships with your assigned seller accounts, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance as needed, while also helping them grow their presence and sales on the marketplace by identifying opportunities to optimize their operations. Importantly, you will also capture valuable feedback from sellers and funnel that into identifying ways Amazon can enhance its products, services and tools to better support all third-party sellers.This multifaceted role requires a unique blend of business development, account management, and customer advocacy skills.Key job responsibilitiesKey job responsibilities1.
