Pulivarthi Group stands as a beacon of reliability, efficiency, and innovation in the realm of staffing solutions.<br><br><strong>Job Overview/Summary<br><br></strong>Pulivarthi Group is seeking an experienced <strong>Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)</strong> or <strong>Anesthesiology Assistant (CAA)</strong> to provide high-quality anesthesia care in collaboration with anesthesiologists and the perioperative team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in preoperative assessments, anesthesia delivery, and post-anesthesia recovery, with a strong focus on patient safety, collaboration, and clinical excellence.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Perform and/or review comprehensive preoperative anesthetic evaluations. </li><li>Collaborate with supervising anesthesiologists to develop individualized anesthetic plans. </li><li>Monitor and manage patients during anesthesia, recognizing and treating cardiac arrhythmias and other complications. </li><li>Initiate emergency resuscitation measures as needed and call for assistance in life-threatening situations. </li><li>Order pre-anesthetic medications and monitoring procedures as per American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) guidelines. </li><li>Serve as a preceptor for anesthesia students and provide education and guidance to clinical staff. </li><li>Communicate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and referring physicians regarding patient status and anesthetic plans. </li><li>Participate in departmental case reviews and risk management activities. </li><li>Maintain complete and accurate anesthetic records, including antibiotic administration details and billing documentation. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Primary Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Expertise in anesthesia assessment, planning, and administration. </li><li>Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills. </li><li>Excellent collaboration and communication within multidisciplinary teams. </li><li>Attention to detail in clinical documentation and patient monitoring. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Master’s degree required. </li><li>Completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthetist program (American Association of Nurse Anesthetists) or Anesthesiologist Assistant program (Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants). </li><li>Active BLS and ACLS certifications required. </li><li>Training and experience consistent with national anesthesia care standards. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits/Perks<br><br></strong><ul><li>Competitive compensation and benefits package. </li><li>Collaborative and supportive work environment. </li><li>Opportunities for professional development and continuing education. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Equal Opportunity Statement<br><br></strong>Pulivarthi Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
