Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Office Administrator to join our team on-site at our Coimbatore office. The Office Administrator will handle a variety of daily tasks, including providing administrative assistance, ensuring the efficient operation of office equipment, and managing office administration tasks. This role also involves building strong communication with clients, addressing their inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.


Who Can Apply:

  • Candidates with 13 years of experience in office administration, office management, or administrative support roles.
  • Freshers with strong organizational and communication skills may also apply.
  • Candidates who are responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling) are preferred.
