Brook Health delivers personalized care for chronic conditions through AI and mobile tools. The Office Operations & Administrative Coordinator will ensure smooth office operations in Bellevue, WA, while supporting employee engagement and leadership coordination across locations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day needs for the Bellevue office, including supplies, ordering snacks and weekly lunches, vendor coordination, space upkeep, and overall office experience
  • Coordinate in-office activities, team events, and engagement moments, while helping ensure consistency in employee experience across Brook locations
  • Partner with teams in other Brook offices to align on office operations, engagement activities, and shared practices
  • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and logistics for leadership team members
  • Coordinate internal meetings, leadership sessions, and office events, including logistics and on-site support
  • Serve as the point of contact for office vendors, building management, and service providers
  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation and expense coordination
  • Ensure clear communication on logistics and deadlines; follow through on tasks to completion
