About the role

As part of RemotePass growth, they are hiring an Operations and Legal Executive to join their EOR department and support internal teams, clients and employees with legal related questions.

What do you need to be successful?
  • Provide guidance and counsel to internal teams, clients, and their employees concerning legal matters related to employment.
  • Supervise and ensure compliance with operational and regulatory prerequisites in various countries.
  • Prepare, review, and manage legal documentation, including employment contracts and service agreements, to ensure their accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with external legal counsel in different jurisdictions when necessary to address specific legal matters.
  • Offer legal advice and support to internal teams as needed, serving as a valuable resource for addressing legal concerns and inquiries.
How important are you to the bottom line?

As an Operations and Legal Executive, you play a pivotal role by ensuring legal compliance, risk management, operational efficiency, and ethical practices in RemotePass. Your ability to navigate complex legal landscapes while optimizing business operations contributes to the company and 's growth, reputation, and overall success.

What should you have done in your career?
  • 2 to 3 years Post-Qualified Experience at a law practice or within a Legal department
  • Good knowledge of global employment and cross-border labor laws
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Capacity to work under pressure and deadlines
  • Commercial acumen
  • Fluent in English
It will be a plus if you have:
  • Employer-of-Record experience

  • Data governance and privacy (GDPR compliance and & similar)
