Who you are as a PlusOne Sales Agent

  • Develop strong relationships to encourage trust
  • Understand and showcase the value of products and services sold
  • Set and meet sales goals/objectives outlined by management
  • Continually improve sales skills through feedback conversations with mentor coach
  • Drive ownership and focus on Can Control
  • Take inbound calls and manage them in a proficient and timely manner
  • Document all appropriate information in our CRM software

Pay

PlusOne pays $12/hr + commissions during training and then $10-$15/hr base wage + uncapped commissions once training is completed.

Wages are dependent on performance and the calls you take. Although PlusOne Company agents average over $22/hr, if you excel at the sales process you will be promoted to taking calls with higher base wage and commission opportunities!

Full Time (32 hours or more a week)

Overnight shifts

Weekends expected
