Overview We are an established online education company in the health and wellness space, running paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and arenaflex to generate leads for our programs. We are looking for a skilled, hands-on paid media manager (freelancer/contractor) to take ownership of our ad accounts, optimize performance, improve lead quality, and make data-driven recommendations — without agency bloat. This is an ongoing monthly engagement (not a one-off project), with bi-weekly strategy and performance calls to review results, discuss insights, and agree on next actions. Budget: up to $2,000 USD per month, depending on experience and scope. What You’ll Be Responsible For -You will own the execution and optimization of our paid acquisition channels.
