Paid Social Advertising Expert for Growing Agency (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest)

We are a digital marketing agency looking for a paid social expert to help manage and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms.

Platforms may include:

• Meta (Facebook / Instagram)

• TikTok

• LinkedIn

• Snapchat

• Pinterest

This role will start with project-based work and occasional support, with potential to grow into ongoing work up to ~15 hours/week.

Who You Are

• 3+ years running paid social campaigns for real businesses

• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and familiarity with other platforms

• Comfortable setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking using GTM

• Able to identify wasted spend, audience issues, and optimization opportunities

• Organized and responsive working async (ClickUp, Slack, email)

Bonus if you have:

• Experience working with digital marketing agencies

• Familiarity with conversion APIs and pixel troubleshooting

• Experience building Looker Studio reports

Deliverables

• Campaign builds, optimization, and scaling

• Audience strategy including retargeting and exclusions

• Budget allocation and bid strategy optimization

• Conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting (pixels, GTM, CAPI when needed)

• Helping clients connect ad accounts and grant agency access

• Monthly reporting and performance insights (Looker Studio / Funnel)

Creative production is not required. Assets will be provided.

Work Style

We operate with minimal meetings. Most communication happens through written updates and task management.

We are looking for someone who can:

• Support specific client projects

• Provide coverage when our internal team is unavailable

• Grow with us as our paid social work expands
