Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor live chat rooms, forums, and messaging platforms to ensure conversations remain respectful and compliant with community standards

  • Review and moderate user-generated content, including messages, comments, and posts

  • Identify, flag, and take appropriate action on inappropriate, offensive, or policy-violating content

  • Respond to basic user inquiries via chat when required, using pre-approved guidelines
