About the Role

You will be working with a premier home and wellness check-in service dedicated to helping independent, healthy aging adults stay in their homes longer and safer. By providing "SAFE" Home Check-ins and ongoing subscription support, the client's business offers adult children peace of mind, knowing their parents have an unbiased, third-party partner for home safety, wellbeing, and longevity planning. Founded on deeply personal experience, they bridge the gap between adult children (often living out of state) and their aging parents through proactive action—long before a crisis occurs.


Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Digital Presence

  • Social Media Management: Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of content across all platforms. Monitor engagement and analyze performance metrics to refine our growth strategy.

  • Video & Visual Content: Edit high-quality Reels and video assets. Manage the distribution of a library of existing assets to ensure a consistent social presence.

  • YouTube Optimization: Manage the back-end of our YouTube channel, including SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and tag management.

  • Website Maintenance (GoHighLevel): Perform back-end updates and implement SEO keyword strategies to improve organic search visibility.

Editorial & Copywriting

  • Email Marketing: Draft and deploy compelling newsletters and nurture sequences that resonate with adult children and aging parents.

  • Blog Management: Write and format blog posts that align with the founder’s established voice (Amazon-published author), focusing on home safety, wellness, and legacy conversations.

  • Brand Voice Consistency: Ensure all communications reflect a tone of empathy, trust, and proactive care.

Sales Operations & CRM Management

  • Lead Management: Proactively follow up with new leads and professional networks to secure consultations.

  • GHL Automations: Build and maintain sophisticated automation workflows within GoHighLevel to create a seamless, "hands-off" journey for prospective families.

  • Pipeline Integrity: Ensure all lead data is meticulously tracked and tagged within the CRM.
