**Overview** OTTO Pizza are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our small and friendly team. As a member of the front of house team it will be important to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring that their experience is exceptional from the moment they arrive. As a member of the Front of House team, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a positive environment. Pay starts at 11.44 and tips are between £2-2.50 per hour on average. **Duties** - Greet and welcome guests as they enter the venue, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. - Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow. - Provide menu information, take orders, and assist with any special requests from customers. - Handle card transactions accurately. - Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. - Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and waiting areas. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery and effective communication. - Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with company policies. **Qualifications** - Previous experience in a customer service role or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. - Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition and ability to engage with guests. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively. - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. - A passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
