The primary neeed is for someone who enjoys patent preparation and prosecution. Opportunities to perform in other related functional areas (strategic portfolio counseling, patent opinions, dealing with foreign associates regarding EPO filings, PTAB work, technology licensing, due diligence) will be dependent upon your capabilities and the ongoing needs of the practice. This is an excellent opportunity within a growing practice wherein you will also have the opportunity to use and further develop your client management and development skills. The existing client base is diverse with respect to size and industry. This is challenging work with a talented group of patent professionals.
