What you'll do You’ll be joining our People and Culture team as the fourth People Partner, becoming the go-to person for our middle management and C-level to elevate career development, performance and personal growth to nurture and retain top talent. Proactively, you will tackle all people-related topics while further contributing to a positive organizational culture. As a strategic advisor, you’ll drive change initiatives within the business while building strong relationships with our stakeholders. In this role, you’ll be expected to confidently make independent decisions regarding people-related matters and projects on behalf of the People & Culture team. While we will collaborate to define guidelines, we place a high level of trust in your judgment and expertise.
