Position: Physical Therapist (PT) - Remote Grade Levels K‑12 Position Details • Start Date: ASAP for the remainder of the school year • Schedule: Part time / Caseload building • Compensation: Starting at $50/hour (commensurate with experience) • Location: 100% Remote Why Join E‑Therapy? What We Offer • A supportive, mission‑driven team environment • Flexibility with remote or on‑site placements • Opportunities for professional growth Qualifications • Licensed Physical Therapist (eligible) state licensure (and/or licensed in the state in which you live) • Passion for working with students in educational settings • School‑based experience required Key Responsibilities • Conduct thorough evaluations of students' mobility, strength, balance, and coordination. • Develop personalized treatment plans and goals tailored to students' specific needs and abilities. • Implement evidence‑based physical therapy interventions to improve students' motor skills, range of motion, and functional independence. • Provide direct one‑on‑one therapy sessions as well as group therapy sessions as appropriate. • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to integrate therapy goals into students' educational plans. • Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. • Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and in a timely manner. • Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and provide input regarding students' physical therapy needs.
