Work situations are diverse requiring complex data analysis, strategizing, the use of discretion, good judgement, problem solving, decision making, diplomacy, independence, and leadership. The incumbent acts as a business advisory/consultant and project manager to facilitate activities regarding provider compensation management including but limited to strategy, analytics, processing, data governance, reporting & customer service.<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Serves as the primary liaison between MultiCare HP, Payroll, AP, Information Services, and any hardware/software vendors utilized by Physician & APP Services</p></li><li><p>Direct and indirect oversight and management of all systems utilized in delivering Physician & APP Services; including evaluating, analyzing, designing and maintaining company Physician and APP services related systems</p></li><li><p>Provides subject matter expertise, consultation and education to Ambulatory Enterprise by establishing and maintaining a strong relationship with Physicians, APPs, and System Leadership</p></li><li><p>Delivers data, both real-time as well as forecasted data that will assist with Physician & APP Services planning including workforce analytics, <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">scorecards/dashboards</span> and other reports</p></li><li><p>Investigates and communicates provider issues, changes & operational challenges</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, Masters preferred</p></li><li><p>Minimum ten (10) years of experience in a healthcare setting or combination of relevant experience demonstrating strong provider compensation knowledge and experience</p></li><li><p>Systems experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Our Values</b></p><p>As a MultiCare employee, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration and Kindness. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $123,198.00 - $177,278.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
