We are interested in hiring additional Consultants & Senior Consultants in Texas for existing and planned customer projects & opportunities. We are hoping to run specific hiring events in Texas for process engineers interested in a career in consulting. Our Management Consultants Trindent Consultants implement sustainable processes and systems to increase refinery margins by 2-3% without the need for capital investment. Our consultants specialize in achieving tens of millions of dollars in performance improvements within 6-8 months. Using data analytics, industry know-how, and technical experience, we have implemented improvement engagements in over 40 refineries globally. Our unique improvement approach has three distinct phases of interaction: Assessment, Engagement, and Audit. Trindent Consulting offers 4 core services to refinery clients: • Quality Giveaway Reduction (Blend planning, scheduling & execution) • Hydrocarbon Loss Control & Measurement Assurance (Volume expansion and mass balance) • Energy Intensity Enhancement (Consumption, exchanger, fuel sources & process engineering) • Value Chain & Supply Optimization (Linear Programming, sensitivity analyses, unit mass balance, density reconciliation, preventative maintenance & continuous improvement) Requirements As we grow, we are hiring skilled and experienced professionals with a background in either Gasoline Blending, Refinery Energy Efficiency, Energy Conservation, Process Engineering &/or Value Chain Optimization. • Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemicals or similar. • Proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry with 3 years’+ experience in any of the following: managing or improving plant energy efficiency, process plant optimization and gasoline blending, processes improvement methodologies, Energy Intensity Index (EII), Linear Programming, feedstock selection, product mix optimization, sensitivity analyses & unit mass balance programs, preventative maintenance or continuous improvement. • Working knowledge in tools such as Aveva PROII, Aspen HYSYS, SagePlus, etc. • Advanced proficiency in data mining and data analysis skills in Excel. • Experience in any of the following: Process Analysis/ Observations, Data Scrubbing, MOS Critiques, Dashboard Developments, Behavioral Assessments, Area Profiles, Audits, KPI Grids, RACI Charts is considered an asset. • Ability to travel to Refinery client sites. Our work is performed onsite and therefore requires Consultants travel most of the week.
