Essential Duties and Responsibilities Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for F&B, CAPEX, and Facilities, balancing cost, quality, and timelines. Develop and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring competitive pricing, favorable terms, and alignment with Bowlero Corp's quality standards and objectives. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as operations, marketing, and finance teams, to understand sourcing needs and drive efficient procurement strategies. Category Management Manage and develop procurement strategies tailored to the unique needs of F&B, CAPEX, and Facilities categories, ensuring effective contract negotiation, compliance, and vendor performance management. Oversee inventory and supply chain management for each category, optimizing delivery schedules, reducing lead times, and mitigating supply risks. Analyze spend data and industry trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative sourcing options.
