We are currently seeking a Product and Software Junior PR Manager for our European Product communications team. The role is suitable for someone early in their PR career, who can demonstrate examples of work that has achieved impact in consumer or technology PR.

Description
Product and Software Junior PR Manager will have a specific hardware focus areas for project management experience, helping to build the strategy for Europe and implementing activity in the UK to secure media coverage and organic social media content, as directed by the Senior PR Manager they report into.

The role will work closely with the UK-based PR, Product Marketing and Marcom teams to foster collaboration across Marketing teams at Apple, and will regularly work with country PR managers across Europe to help facilitate projects across the region.

Working closely with their manager to develop strategic plans and implement projects to secure results in both traditional and on social media.
Handle incoming media enquiries, conduct outreach to media and content creators to secure results, and bring fresh thinking to projects for creative ideas - particularly with a social-first approach. A keen interest in social media is needed for this role.
Have a specific focus area to own alongside supporting across the entire product team at key moments including product launches, momentum activities and major events, gaining broader experience across all Apple Products, Services and Values.
Working collaboratively with other teams based in London across Marketing, PR managers across Europe, and engaging with global PR colleagues.
Provide a support role across all key product launch moments and major events across the team.
Travel within Europe and the USA may be required at times.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in consumer tech or retail.
Experience of working at an agency or in-house.
Keen interest in social and traditional media.
Curiosity and interest in creativity and culture.

Minimum Qualifications
2 + years working with public relations, influencer relations or PR agency.
Be able to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
Demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of their work.
Experience and tangible results with media outreach and content creator engagement.
Be based in London, should be willing to travel, and will be fluent in English.
