About the position Responsibilities • Develop Go-to-Market Strategy for new and existing products: Develop and execute the GTM strategy including identifying arenaflex markets, messaging, and positioning. • Develop Core Product Positioning, Messaging, and Differentiators: Craft compelling and consistent positioning and messaging around the differentiators that align with the overall product strategy and resonate with customers and partners. • Enable Sales and Partners: Develop content for collateral, product training, and other resources for direct sales teams and partner organizations. • Conduct Market Research: Continuously analyze the market and customer feedback to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats. • Influence Partners, including Executives: Use excellent communication skills for effective engagement. Requirements • 10+ years in enterprise/b2b tech with at least 5 years of product management experience, including at least 3 in cybersecurity. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related fields • Experience working with Expertise in cybersecurity, focusing on the threat detection and response space across product categories such as XDR, NDR, SIEM, SOAR, and EDR. Nice-to-haves • Product marketing experience • MBA • Experience speaking publicly to an executive-level audience • Strong project execution skills, attention to detail, and a risk-mitigation mentality • Self-motivation and partnership a strive to find new and innovative solutions • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills in customer-facing roles • Ability to lead and influence via persuasion, perseverance, and energy to drive consensus across functions and teams • Collaboration with internal and external partners.
