Product Manager UAE & International Business

Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager who will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Managed Security Services offerings delivered across the UAE and international markets. This role translates MSSP capabilities into scalable, cybersecurity services that drive recurring revenue, accelerate cross-border market expansion, and deliver strong customer outcomes across enterprise, government, and regulated sectors. The position combines commercial ownership, regional market insight, and strong execution discipline in a multi-country operating model.


Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the roadmap for Managed Security Services collaborating with internal delivery units withing Help AG and / or Telco delivery centres.
  • Own the entire Concept to Market lifecycle of cybersecurity managed services — from ideation, development, launch, through maturity and sunset.
  • Act as the product management interface with Telco partners, ensuring alignment with network, OSS/BSS, and commercial models.
  • Translate bespoke integration architectures into scalable, repeatable managed service models.
  • Develop standardized service blueprints derived from complex integration use cases.
  • Identify adjacencies between project delivery and recurring MSS monetization.
  • Define service packaging, tiering, pricing constructs, and SLA frameworks.
  • Support GTM execution, sales enablement, and key customer engagements.
  • Partner with Engineering, SOC, and Operations to ensure service quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 7+ years in Product Management within MSSP, SI, Cybersecurity, Telco, or Cloud.
  • Experience in system integration environments delivering large enterprise security programs.
  • Strong understanding of managed security services lifecycle and transition models.
  • Commercial experience structuring recurring revenue models from project-based engagements.
  • Strong stakeholder management across sales, consulting, engineering, and operations.
  • Experience operating in UAE and international markets preferred.
