What to Expect

As a Product Marketing Manager, you ll be the central hub connecting Product, Marketing, and Sales translating product strategy into market success. You ll manage go-to-market readiness for new launches, shape value propositions, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and ensure every asset and message aligns with Amplience s story.

Working closely with Product, you ll turn complex innovations into compelling narratives. Partnering with the Copywriter, Designer, and Product Marketing Analyst, you ll ensure each launch and enablement initiative lands with clarity, consistency, and measurable commercial impact.

This is a strategic, cross-functional project management role ideal for someone who thrives on coordination, communication, and making things happen.

Key Responsibilities

Product Launch Management
  • Own the internal and external coordination of product launches - from defining audiences and messaging through to enablement and measurement.
  • Build and maintain launch timelines, stakeholder communications, and internal readiness checklists.
  • Collaborate with Product and PM&E leadership to prioritise launch scope and milestones.
Positioning & Messaging
  • Partner with the Copywriter and Product Marketing Analyst to translate product capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions.
  • Ensure messaging and product feature updates and consistency across assets (brochures, decks, web copy, pricing material).
  • Work with Copywriting team to ensure all materials align with Amplience's brand voice and narrative framework.
Sales & Customer Enablement
  • Develop enablement resources (talk tracks, battlecards, objection handling guides) in partnership with the Copywriter and Analyst.
  • Organize and maintain Sales Enablement repositories such as Showpad and Sharepoint. Partner with the Product Marketing Analyst to measure enablement effectiveness through sales confidence, asset usage, and win rate data.
  • Project Manage the Sales Enablement program, including planning and delivery of onboarding sessions, live workshops, and continuous learning content. Collaborate with VP of Product Marketing and other spokespeople to deliver training.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify capability gaps and prioritise enablement initiatives.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as the primary liaison between Product, GTM Marketing, and Sales for product marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with the Product Marketing Analyst to inform decisions with data, insights, and competitive intelligence.
  • Work with GTM Marketing on product updates and product launch content distribution, audience segmentation, and campaign alignment.
Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
  • Assess launch performance, adoption rates, and content impact in collaboration with the Analyst.
  • Capture feedback from Sales, Product, and customers to improve future launches.
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual product marketing planning.

What You ll Bring (Skills, Experience & Mindset)

Experience & Technical Skills
  • 4+ years' experience in product marketing, go-to-market management, or commercial enablement, ideally within B2B SaaS, martech, or ecommerce.
  • Strong background in project management - able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent understanding of messaging development, positioning frameworks, and buyer journey mapping.
  • Experience creating or managing sales enablement materials and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Creative teams.
  • Proficient with tools such as Canva, Gainsight, Monday, Salesforce, Confluence, Jira, Miro, and Microsoft Workspace.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills - capable of aligning stakeholders around strategy and outcomes.
  • Familiarity with MACH and Composable space, CMS, Personalization or DXP platforms or similar.
