In this role, you will lead and manage product-oriented projects from inception to completion, guide your team to achieve goals, and ensure seamless collaboration across departments. You will oversee product management tasks, analyze trends and data to inform strategies, and track performance metrics. Effective communication and the ability to lead diverse teams through complex projects will be key aspects of this leadership role.<br></p> <strong>Qualifications<br></strong> <ul><li>Strong Team Leadership and Product Management experience, including the ability to coordinate and inspire cross-functional teams</li><li>Proficiency in Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions</li><li>Exceptional Communication skills for clear collaboration across teams and stakeholders at all levels</li><li>Program Management capabilities to efficiently manage timelines, resources, and deliverables</li><li>Proven experience in a leadership role, particularly in a product-focused environment, is highly desired</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, or a related field is preferred</li></ul>
