  • Partner closely with senior marketing leadership to recap insights, performance, and strategic pivots in weekly review cycles.
  • Ensure all activations meet safety, compliance, and brand standards while maintaining high consumer impact.
  • Serve as the on-site escalation point, maintaining calm under pressure and navigating dynamic public environments.

  • Uphold asset management, storage, and equipment control to ensure preparedness for all activation days.

  • Complete English proficiency and strong communication skills with both teams and consumers.
  • Ability to de-escalate situations, manage personalities, and maintain professionalism during high-traffic public interactions.
  • Reliable transportation and deep familiarity with Atlanta’s geography, MARTA system, and C-store landscape.
  • Comfort working around regulated product categories (hemp, alcohol, nicotine).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Kava, Kratom, or energy drink sampling programs.
  • Prior tour management or large-scale field event experience.
