Role:

As a Production Operative – Firedragon Mixer / Packing Operator, you will play a key role in our production team. Your responsibilities include preparing and mixing products, operating machinery, and ensuring finished items are packed to a high standard. Attention to detail, teamwork, and a focus on safety are essential as you help keep production running efficiently and to quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Weigh and prepare chemical ingredients for mixing
  • Dispense liquids and add powders to production tanks
  • Operate mixing and dispensing machinery safely and efficiently
  • Transfer and manage products between tanks
  • Pack finished products to meet customer requirements, including using flow wrap machinery
  • Replace and maintain packaging materials
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance of equipment to ensure a tidy and safe work area
  • Assist with general warehouse and production tasks when Firedragon production is not running
  • Maintain accurate production records and follow company procedures

What we are Looking For:

  • A reliable and detail-oriented individual with a hands-on approach
  • Experience or interest in production, packing, or chemical handling (training can be provided)
  • Comfortable operating machinery and following standard procedures
  • A strong focus on safety and keeping the work area clean and organise
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and assist across different production tasks
