Reports to functional and/or organisation management on team accomplishments, achievements and productivity.</span></p><p></p><p><b>As a Production Supervisor, your key responsibilities will be as follows: </b></p><p>1. Implement a staffing plan by identifying resource requirements and co-ordinating the with Operations Management and Planning Schedulers</p><p>2. Monitor daily work operations and provide support to team members </p><p>3. Develop your team through training and assigning progressively more challenging tasks </p><p>4. Develop feasibility and execute continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency or remove waste from the process.</p><p>5. Interact with key stakeholders: Quality, Engineering, Human Resources, Supply Chain, EHS, Operations Management, Finance & Operations Excellence.</p><p>6.
