About the position The primary role of the Project Coordinator, Marketing, Content, Branding and Digital Marketing position is to support content, branding, and digital initiatives across the Marketing division. As a member of our Marketing team, your job would involve: Coordinating large projects across marketing teams from start to finish Creating tracking systems, monitoring projects, and documenting outcomes Orchestrating and running meetings Drawing from multiple sources, such as research, meetings, and conference calls, to then organize notes into project plans for staff Assisting with implementing project plans across teams Maintaining editorial calendars and guides Helping ensure team is meeting time frame commitments Making recommendations to improve initiatives Proactively keeping project documentation up-to-date Publishing web articles and assisting with QC as needed Assisting with gathering and reporting on analytics Supporting event and presentation needs Assisting with special marketing projects as they arise.
