JOB SUMMARY: The Life Sciences Project Manager is accountable for Project Execution from contract signature through project closure and has cross-functional responsibility pre-contract to determine project scope and technical feasibility with both internal and external stakeholders. The Project Manager will manage multiple projects and associated efforts forward while collecting, organizing, and distributing project data such as customer satisfaction, risks and issues, revenue recognition forecast, resource availabilities, lessons learned, etc. Projects will primarily be part of BD's Diagnostics Solutions portfolio but may range into the BD BioSciences portfolio and/or the OCOS program; cross-training should be expected.This role's secondary focus will be Continuous Improvement including areas such as data analysis, business operations, process improvement, etc. Primary sources of data will be Smartsheet, Prosymmetry's Tempus Resource, Salesforce, and ServiceMax. This individual will propose, collaborate, negotiate, present, and ultimately publish purposeful reports and dashboards to assist with driving efficiencies and effectiveness in our project methodologies and program execution.
