Apply today!<br><br></strong><strong>In Return Fletchers Can Offer<br><br></strong><ul><li>35 hours working week</li><li>35 days holiday a year including bank holidays and Christmas Closure, you also have an option to purchase up to 3 extra days’ holiday per year, until you long service award the 3 days after your 5th, 7th, and 9th full year of employment</li><li>Pension scheme with tax-efficient salary sacrifice option</li><li>Life Assurance Policy</li><li>Medicash policy to cover some dental, optical and other medical expenses</li><li>Company sick pay</li><li>Enhanced Maternity, Paternity and IVF schemes</li><li>Flexible, agile working environment with a positive work-life balance</li><li>Varied calendar of funded company social events (check out Fletchers Group on LinkedIn)</li><li>Monthly voucher awards for winning nominees<br><br></li></ul><strong>Main Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end delivery of M&A projects including due diligence, pre-sign activities, pre completion activities, integration steps and post integration deliverables</li><li>Assess and apply the most appropriate project management / delivery practices to enable the strongest outcomes</li><li>Work with Project Sponsors, HR, Finance Business Analysts and key business stakeholders to define a project’s objectives, scope and desired outcomes</li><li>Work collaboratively with the M&A leadership team to define and lead the acquisition communication and change plans</li><li>Work with the M&A leadership team to define the deal principles and project approach</li><li>Work closely with Legal and HR leaders to deliver the people and engagement activities throughout the lifecycle of the integration</li><li>Lead the planning, scheduling and maintenance of project milestones, timelines and key activities</li><li>Manage resource planning and allocation against key projects</li><li>Proactively identify, articulate and manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies across the project lifecycle</li><li>Prepare for and chair Project Steering Committees driving data driven decisions</li><li>Manage project administration in line with established PMO standards, including preparing and presenting project documentation and reporting to feed appropriate governance forums</li><li>Track project spend against agreed capex and opex budgets</li><li>Engage with target business to define collaborative plans and ways of working treating all information in the strictest of confidence</li><li>Manage client relationships with third party vendors where required on a project</li><li>Ensure appropriate stakeholder assessments, comms and change management plans are in place and executed</li><li>Provide guidance & advice to other project managers in the teams, both on an ad hoc basis and during meetings<br><br></li></ul><strong>Essential Skills And Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>Demonstrable experience of working on M&A projects from definition through to successful integration (at least 5 completed projects)</li><li>Significant business experience in a project manager or delivery manager role</li><li>Recognised qualification, or a desire to be formally qualified in, project management (for example, PRINCEII, AgilePM, PMP etc.)</li><li>Demonstrable experience of delivering complex projects across both Agile and Waterfall and/or hybrid techniques</li><li>Strong analytical skill set, able to assess and interpret complex data</li><li>Proven use of change management techniques</li><li>Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive</li><li>Comfortable and able to present to senior stakeholders and able to drive decision making</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to assimilate complex information and research to drive strategic business planning</li><li>Teamworking skills</li><li>Diplomacy</li><li>Strong stakeholder management & engagement expertise</li><li>Ability to motivate people</li><li>Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other project management and delivery tools<br><br></li></ul>We reserve the right to close this role before the date specified depending on the calibre and volume of candidates.<br><br><strong>About Fletchers Solicitors<br><br></strong>Fletchers is a fast-growing, dynamic law firm specialising in personal injury and clinical negligence law, with outstanding rankings in both <em>The Legal 500</em> and <em>Chambers & Partners</em>.
