<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead projects from initiation to completion and handover, including scope definition, project plan, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. </li><li>Coordinate with design, engineering, and commissioning teams to ensure system integration and functionality. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Stakeholder Management: <br><br></strong><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. </li><li>Conduct regular project reviews and status updates with stakeholders. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Technical Oversight: <br><br></strong><ul><li>Review system architecture, control strategies, and integration plans. </li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, KNX, EN, UL) and local building codes. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Team Leadership: <br><br></strong><ul><li>Manage cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. </li><li>Mentor junior project managers and engineers. </li><li>Coordinate with procurement and oversee vendor performance and compliance. </li><li> Risk & Quality Management: </li><li>Identify and mitigate project risks including cybersecurity and data privacy concerns </li><li>Ensure quality assurance, control throughout the project lifecycle and approved by relevant authorities. </li><li> Financial Management: </li><li>Monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and profitability. </li><li>Approve procurement and subcontractor invoices. </li><li> Commissioning & Handover: </li><li>Oversee system testing, commissioning, and client training. </li><li>Ensure proper documentation including drawings, manuals, test reports and smooth handover to operations/maintenance teams. <br><br></li></ul><strong>You <br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. </li><li>IPMA or equivalent project management certification. </li><li>8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3-5 years in BMS or building automation. </li><li>Strong understanding of BMS platforms (e.g., Siemens). </li><li>Familiarity with smart building technologies and IoT integration.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Skills: <br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience in high-rise, data centres, airport, higher education, healthcare, life science or industrial projects </li><li>Green building certifications (e.g., LEED, BCA Green Mark). </li><li>Knowledge of cybersecurity in building systems. </li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. </li><li>Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). <br><br></li></ul><strong>Discipline: Fire Safety Systems <br><br></strong><strong>Qualifications: <br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Protection Engineering. </li><li>IPMA or equivalent project management certification. </li><li>8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3-5 years in fire safety systems. </li><li>Strong knowledge of fire protection standards (i.e. EN). </li><li>Experience with fire alarm systems (e.g., Siemens), suppression systems, and emergency lighting. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Skills:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience in high-rise, data centres, airport, higher education, healthcare, life science or industrial projects. </li><li>Familiarity with SCDF submission and approval processes. </li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. </li><li>Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). <br><br></li></ul><strong>Discipline: Security Systems <br><br></strong><strong>Qualifications: <br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field. </li><li>IPMA or equivalent project management certification. </li><li>8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3-5 years in security systems. </li><li>Strong knowledge of security platforms (e.g., Siveillance, Milestone, Axis). </li><li>Familiarity with IP networking, cybersecurity, and system integration.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Skills: <br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience in high-security environments, airports, data centres, higher education, healthcare, life science, government facilities). </li><li>Knowledge of local
