Project Manager, Social & Influencer – Contract

Job Description:

  • Support the intake and resourcing process for new client requests and ongoing programs, ensuring briefs are complete and timelines established.
  • Set up Asana projects with clear tasks, dependencies, and owners.
  • Ensure all relevant documents, brand assets, and resources are organized and accessible.
  • Partner with Operations Manager to confirm scope, resources, and deliverable expectations at kickoff.
  • Build and maintain detailed Asana timelines; proactively adjust for client or internal delays.
  • Act as the single source of truth for project status across the team.
  • Track milestones and dependencies; manage communication of progress and risks.
  • Keep all stakeholders aligned on next steps and timing.
  • Support Operations Manager in assessing team capacity, resourcing needs, and contractor utilization.
  • Uphold department use of standard templates, briefs, and reporting formats.
  • Conduct light QA to ensure deliverables meet original request criteria and brand standards.
  • Route assets for review, collect and organize feedback, and confirm revisions are implemented.
  • Coordinate deliverable and meeting schedules; handle logistics for cross-functional collaboration and status reviews.
  • Act as the day-to-day contact for trafficking requests, asset routing, and communications triage.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
  • Track vendor, contractor, and influencer deliverables. Confirming progress and completion in partnership with Operations Manager and Account Managers.
  • Help evaluate daily workloads and flag when additional support or reallocation is needed.
  • Model calm, accountability, and operational discipline in daily workflow.
  • Reinforce the Social + Influencer team’s process standards and Asana best practices.
  • Identify recurring friction points and propose process improvements.
  • Contribute to a culture of clear communication, shared ownership, and proactive problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of project-management experience within a marketing, creative, or social-media agency environment.
  • Strong familiarity with social + influencer workflows (creative production, posting, reporting, influencer/creator programs, community management).
  • Advanced proficiency in Asana (required); comfortable with Microsoft365, Brandwatch, Sprout Social, Loomly, Hootsuite, Slack, Sprout Social Influencer Marketing (Tagger), and Canva.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
  • A proactive communicator who balances urgency with empathy and collaboration.
