Project/PMO Support

This role is ideal for someone with hands on experience in project support, PMO, coordination or delivery, who is looking to deepen their exposure to large, complex transformation programmes

You'll sit within a central transformation office and work closely with Project and Programme Managers, supporting the planning, governance and day-to-day running of multiple initiatives. It's a broad role that offers strong development for anyone looking to progress into PMO, project management or programme delivery. This is at the early stages of a very large transformation covering all areas of this well-known business

Role Overview

  • Supporting Project and Programme Managers with planning, coordination and delivery activities
  • Maintaining project information including plans, risks, issues, actions and dependencies
  • Producing regular status reports and dashboards for governance forums
  • Supporting governance meetings, including preparing packs, minutes and actions
  • Tracking milestones, risks, issues and upcoming deadlines
  • Supporting financial tracking, purchase orders and third-party spend
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and records in project systems
  • Helping ensure projects follow agreed delivery and governance processes

The role will be based in central London and will require 1-2 days on site working
