<p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Summary</b></p>The Project Specialist is an integral part of our team’s success. Our Project Specialists, under broad supervision, support the implantation of Supply Chain Optimization (SCO) projects and programs including the installation and optimization of onsite labor programs, supply room redesign and reconfigurations, technology solutions and consulting engagements. Oversee limited onsite engagements of 1-5 team members.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description</b></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Ensure proper execution of the labor component of implementing new and existing SCO projects. Travel onsite for SCO projects implementations</li><li>As a subject matter expert, understand the aspects of the project, support staff in collaborative projects across the division, perform support activities and contribute to the implementation of objects</li><li>Ensure project remains on track and inform Project Supervisor or sponsors if deadlines cannot be met. Provide inputs to regular, periodic status reports. Responsible for the completion of projects within a timeframe and budget allotted as directed by the Project Supervisor</li><li>Analyze and troubleshoot issues to problem solve and/or develop solutions. Work closely with affected internal customers to ensure risks are reported, tracked, managed, and resolved. Assist in identifying opportunities for creating supply chain efficiencies and saving for the customer</li><li>Under direction of SCO leadership, create, analyze and deliver regularly scheduled analytics to assigned customers on 3PL <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">initiatives/programs.</span></li><li>Build customer relationship and serve as the Project Supervisor’s backup for responding to customer’s inquiries</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Experience: </b></p><p><b>Education </b></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Material Handling Equipment certified (will receive certification upon hiring)</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Work Experience </b></p><ul><li>3 years of relevant work experience</li><li>Must be comfortable working on various projects hands on for stock room reconfigurations, moving of products, etc.</li><li>May require travel up to 75% of the time</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications: </b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree is preferred.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Medline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">The anticipated salary range for this position:</p>$62,000.00 - $93,000.00 Annual<p></p><p><span>The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.
