As a Prudential Advisors Summer Associate, you will engage directly with advisors and leaders at one of our firm locations, fostering a collaborative and dynamic environment. This role offers you the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: Financial Markets and Instruments Financial Analysis and Reporting Data Analysis and Financial Modeling Risk Management Financial Technology Client Relationship Management This immersive experience is designed to expand your understanding and skills in the financial sector, preparing you for a successful career in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in meetings and events with Prudential Advisors Field leaders and advisors; gain insight into how to drive market and revenue growth.
  • Be a part of business in action by supporting recruiting, marketing, and sales activities, as appropriate.
  • You will receive significant exposure to members of Prudential Advisors senior leadership, as well as targeted training, all while gaining hands-on experience.
  • Placements will be directly within a Prudential Advisor firm based in NY/NJ Metro Area.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2026 and May 2028
  • While all majors are welcome to apply, preferred majors include business, financial planning, and related areas
  • Preferred 3.2 and above GPA
  • Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
  • Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration
